COOKING INSTRUCTIONS – First, always rinse rice and grains! In a large pot, add 3 cups of water and some salt to taste. Bring the water to a boil, then add 1 cup of rice. Simmer, covered, for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
